Maple Cinnamon Noatmeal

3 tbsp (Hulled) Hemp seeds (30 g)
3 tbsp (Vega clean vanilla) Protein powder (30 g)
2 tbsp Flax seeds (15 g)
1/2 tsp (Ground) Cinnamon (1 g)
2 tbsp sugar-free Maple syrup (15 ml)
3/4 cup (Hot) Water (180 ml)

Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the water over, and continue stirring until the lumps are gone. The mixture will continue to thicken as it cools. Top with sugar- free maple syrup. Mix in 1 tbsp, and pour the second on top for a more mapley experience.
