1/4 medium Onion (10 g)
Medium Chopped Tomato (40 g)
1/2 Poblano Peppers (50 g)
1 tbsp Olive oil (15 ml)

Instructions are for 2 servings. Please modify as needed.

Heat the olive oil over medium heat, in a frying pan.

Add the onion and garlic and fry until they become translucent.

Stir in the jalapeƱo and tomatoes. When the tomatoes become soft and start to fall apart, add the zucchini, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir together and cook until the zucchini becomes tender.

Before serving, decorate with the cottage cheese and strips of the poblano pepper.
