Chia Seed Pudding with Matcha

2 tbsp Chia seeds (60 g)
1/2 cup Almond milk (100 ml)
1 tsp Honey (5 g)
1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder (60 g)

Blend all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender until smooth, including any added flavors, fruits, or chocolate. Whisk in chia seeds.


Cover the jar and store in fridge. I prefer to make this at night to have ready for a fast breakfast the next day or for at least 2 hours.
